I was really hoping it to be really like the book, but its not. The acting was poor and it had new bits in it to make Alex look like he wanted to be a teenage spy. [SPOILER]

It was OK. I mean the action was kind of obvious acting, but OK. The casting team was mostly good (with some weak points). It had its funny moments, and the story was good.
All in all, worth a watch.. just one watch though. 7/10

This movies would have been great if it were not for the stupid blonde lady with the gay accent and the old man that was the head of the spy agency. This movie looks like it is REALLY good at the beginning but then u meet those 2 characters..i think they all of a sudden tried to turn it into a comedy. gave me a major headache! love everything exept for those 2 people. If u have read the book DO NOT WATCH THIS MOVIE! its depressing to see what can get out here!!
