This is a great family film of a loving, superhero family. The story is a fun one. You will notice that there are A LOT of similarities between these characters and other well-known superheros.

it's a rip-off!...of superheroes that is. your kids will love though. me, personally--a 1 time view! this might just be pixar's most unimaginative work they've done!!! 2 of 4 stars average. if i was 10-- 3 of 4 stars very good.

I decided to give this movie one last chance at being a good movie to me. I payed close attention, and I still think this movie is overrated. It's humor is sub-par, the story is bland, and the acting is so-so. It had the potential of being a good movie, not a great one, but a good one. And it just doesn't cut it. 2/5

Hey, it took me a few years to get around to watching "The Incredibles", for some reason I didn't think I'd like it.. how wrong I turned out to be! I really love this movie and I've watched it three times already over the past few months and it seems to get better with each viewing.
It's not really a 'Disney' movie.. I mean, I know it IS, but really it's a Pixar movie, even though Disney bought them out there's still a stylistic difference between the two houses.
"The Incredibles" is a very clever story and those of us who grew up with super-hero comics and B-movies instead of all the techno jizz that kids have today will understand the underlying meaning of the tale.. the whole setting of the story through stylised cinema newsreel clips is of an era, no wonder some people expressing opinions here just 'don't get it'.
This is an engaging story, great animation and characterization, the actor's voices fit so well! A real work of art, I shall watch this flick again and again for sure. We're so lucky to live in a time when there's so much good animation around.. thanks so much!!

This was a great movie. Had hoped they would come out with a sequel for the baby lol. Great family fun! 4/5

Quite a good film considering it is aimed mainly at children. There were some funny moments in that adults could get. Liked the idea of superheroes that have retired, thought it was a good twist. Some genuinely funny moments. 4/5
