| Storyline: | Dalton is an expert "cooler" -- a barroom bouncer who can break up fights without getting himself killed in the process. Frank Tilghman, the owner of the Double Deuce in Jasper, Missouri, has hired Dalton away from a bar in New York City, because Tilghman needs someone who can handle the nightly outbreaks of violence at the Double Deuce, and teach the rest of the Double Deuce's bouncers how to handle it. In an era full of buddy action flicks like lethal weapon and 48hrs, when all Hollywood wanted was to keep people entertained, they got it right with this one. The story line seems a mixture of cocktail and commando, with women's favourite Patrick Swayze playing the 'best in the business a cooler. Basically it has all the main features of the 80's flicks, he kicks some ass, gets the girl and saves the day. But they got a great cast also including Sam Elliott(as Swayze's mentor, its stylish, cool and full of great fighting, rent it if you haven't already done so. A great Saturday night film 7-10

im not ashamed to say i've seen this a couple of times. i cant explain it, but somehow you'll enjoy this film. 2 1/2 of 4 stars good.

This is an old school classic with lots of bloody bar fights the music is good and the chicks are smoking hot plus for all you rednecks there’s ah pretty darn sweet monster truck in this not to mention all the sweet cars in this... check it out you won’t be disappointed
